Description
Carbon Engineering is hiring a Plant Operator for a 12-month temporary position in Squamish, British Columbia, with potential for extension. The role operates plant equipment, conducts test and production campaigns, adjusts process parameters, troubleshoots equipment, coordinates contractors and maintenance, performs safety checks and audits, and supports plant development and future plant design. It follows a 12-hour 7-on/7-off shift pattern including night and day rotation, and is paid $40 to $45 per hour through a third-party contractor. A chemical technology, engineering technology, or power engineering qualification is considered an asset, as is 3–5 years of plant operations experience in an industrial environment.
