CaptiveAire is seeking a Plant Process Engineer to join their West Union manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving production across various products and equipment. Key duties include training operators, collaborating with engineering teams on process efficiency, developing new designs using 3D modeling software, coordinating utility needs, overseeing equipment installation, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting machines, providing hands-on support to production lines, and completing testing for new process changes.
