FORVIA is hiring a plant quality leader responsible for representing the customer voice, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer standards, the Faurecia Excellence System, and plant procedures. The role manages plant quality objectives, traceability and product/process records, customer and supplier complaints, 8D problem-solving, quality budgeting and resources, team development, best-practice sharing, and the authority to stop non-conforming processes or deliveries. Candidates need an engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent technician education and experience, at least five years of manufacturing experience (preferably automotive), at least three years leading teams, electronics manufacturing expertise including SMT and soldering processes, technical proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
