Description
Berkeley Staffing is seeking an experienced Plant Reliability Coordinator for a precision manufacturing client. The role leads the reliability team, coordinates maintenance for CNC machines and other equipment, develops preventive maintenance programs, allocates resources, sets maintenance priorities, and troubleshoots operational issues. Candidates need at least five years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, expertise in electrical systems, mechatronics, or a similar field, and proven reliability and maintenance leadership experience. Compensation is $27–$35 per hour with overtime opportunities, plus medical, dental, vision, profit-sharing, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
