IBU-tec AG is hiring a Plant Responsible (m/f/d) to oversee production execution, plant commissioning, employee instruction, engineering and workshop orders, third-party trades, logistics, waste management, maintenance, process optimization, documentation, and occupational health and safety. The role requires completed vocational training, several years of professional experience in a technical occupation, and preferably chemical-industry production experience; German proficiency and a short commute are also desirable.
