IBU-tec AG is hiring a Plant Safety Engineer to coordinate occupational safety at its Bitterfeld production site. The role monitors compliance with safety requirements, conducts risk assessments, reviews operating procedures, supports permits and safety walkthroughs, trains employees, coordinates emergency preparedness, and drives improvements. Candidates need an engineering, safety engineering, or occupational safety degree or equivalent technical qualification, several years of occupational safety experience in a production company, strong communication and digital skills, reliability, teamwork, and good German.
