IBU-tec AG is hiring a Plant Safety Officer to coordinate occupational safety at its Bitterfeld production site. The role monitors compliance with safety requirements, conducts risk assessments, reviews operating procedures, supports safety training and emergency preparedness, investigates incidents, and drives continuous safety improvements. The position requires an engineering, safety engineering, or occupational safety degree or equivalent technical qualification, several years of occupational health and safety experience in a production company, German proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
