The role involves scientific outreach and discovery, understanding customer research setups, mapping research institutions and commercial enterprises, developing qualified opportunities, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales, application, and marketing teams. Candidates should have a plant science or related life sciences degree, knowledge of plant physiology and research methodologies, strong English communication skills, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset; prior customer-facing or outreach experience is a plus. The position offers flexible working hours, up to 50% home office, paid vacation, and a performance-oriented compensation package.
