Description
The Plant Superintendent assists the Plant Manager with safety, quality, housekeeping, efficiency, production scheduling, and shipping in a manufacturing plant or warehouse. The role leads production, maintenance, and shipping supervisors; coordinates with customer service, design, and sales; makes production decisions when the Plant Manager is unavailable; and drives operational improvements, inventory management, corrective actions, and workforce development. The position requires a full-time role in a manufacturing plant or warehouse setting, with five years of production or manufacturing experience and three to five years of production supervision or management experience; corrugated packaging experience is preferred.
