Description
The Metal Fabrication Supervisor coaches and leads a team to meet production, quality, safety, deadline, and budget objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, assigning and reviewing work, conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions, maintaining safety and working conditions, reporting accidents, and resolving personnel and quality issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, English and French communication, metal fabrication experience, OHSA training, first aid and CPR certification, warehouse experience, and leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical degree is preferred, along with five years of supervisory experience leading a team of 20 employees.
