Description
The Plant Supervisor II supervises the safe and efficient handling and processing of regulated medical waste, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, productivity, cost control, customer satisfaction, hazard resolution, training, audits, and equipment maintenance. The role works Monday through Friday with occasional half Saturdays, starting at 5 a.m. and typically lasting 9–10 hours, in a mix of office and plant/field environments. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, three years of related experience, and one year managing staff, preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment.
