Description
CWS is seeking a Plant Technician (m/f/d) for its Trossingen, Germany location to work in a 2-shift system maintaining, servicing, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing machines and fully automated technical systems. The role includes documenting maintenance and testing work, ensuring compliance with statutory standards, collaborating with external service providers, supporting future robotics and AI integration in production processes, and ideally performing welding. Candidates should have completed technical training in electrical, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable field, plus relevant maintenance experience, analog and digital/PLC fault-diagnosis knowledge, PC and Office skills, safety awareness, and preferably welding experience.
