Description
The Plant Training Coordinator will own new-hire training, develop annual plant training programs, manage onboarding and floor trainers, and improve development and retention programs for hourly production associates at the Goodyear, Arizona Spartech facility. The role also develops operator career progression, coordinates training with plant leadership, HR, EH&S, and quality teams, and supports safety, efficiency, proficiency, and quality initiatives. It requires 3–5 years of management experience with direct reports, manufacturing experience, and plastics-industry experience preferred.
