Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a full-time Plasma Physics Research Engineer to develop advanced plasma technologies, design and execute performance tests, and integrate solutions into larger system architectures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in physics, aerospace engineering, or a related technical discipline, laboratory plasma experiment experience, plasma diagnostic and data-analysis experience, and U.S. citizenship; an M.S. and experience with high-voltage systems, scientific computational tools, and plasma or electromagnetic modeling are desired. The position requires a government security clearance and is located at a facility requiring special access, with a full-time salary range of $91,200 to $169,400 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
