Description
The Plasterer applies base and finished EIFS coatings to Federlite panels and pre-base coated shapes in an indoor manufacturing facility. The role includes spraying or rolling air/water barriers, mixing basecoat and adhesive, applying fiberglass mesh, hand-coating with a trowel, trimming, sanding, touch-up, extrusion, crate building, shipment preparation, and inventory assistance. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of related experience or training; knowledge of EIFS systems is a plus. The position pays $22.66 to $27.99 per hour and includes health insurance and other benefits.
