Description
The Plastering Foreman organizes and leads finishing construction sites, coordinates and leads teams of 2–4 people while actively working on the sites, and collaborates with construction supervision to implement technical solutions. The role requires plastering training or several years of professional experience, ideally foreman experience, a valid class B/BE driver’s license, teamwork and leadership skills, motivation, and technical know-how.
