Description
The Process Technician sets up and maintains process controls for presses, molds, and injection-molding equipment; troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance; optimizes production processes; supports new-program launches; and coordinates manufacturing activities for quality and continuous improvement. The role requires high-school-level education, English proficiency, basic mathematical and office skills, safety and environmental training, prior injection-molding or manufacturing experience, and availability for afternoon or night shifts. Physical work includes lifting up to 75 pounds and performing overhead, kneeling, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling, climbing, and working at heights.
