Description
TPM Manufacturing is hiring a full-time Injection Molding Process Technician to serve as a shift leader on the second and third shifts. The role leads injection-molding process setup, mold qualification and revisions, troubleshooting, PPAP and TS quality procedures, customer-complaint investigations, equipment evaluation, manufacturing improvements, and on-the-job training. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, technical training in injection molding, thermoplastic injection-molding experience, and knowledge of molding machines, plastic resins, mold design, tooling, process controllers, and rheology. The second shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and the third shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; both shifts include shift differential pay.
