Piller Aimmco is hiring a Process Technician to operate, set up, troubleshoot, and improve injection molding machines and automation systems on an overnight rotating shift. The role includes monitoring process parameters, documenting changes, collaborating with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, mentoring operators, and promoting safety and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least one year of Process Technician experience and 3–5 years of overall injection molding experience, along with mold-setup, troubleshooting, automated-system, problem-solving, and safety skills; familiarity with ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement is preferred.
