Description
The Plastic Injection Molding Production Supervisor leads a production team by scheduling personnel, maintaining attendance and quality records, conducting floor walks, leading shift meetings, and enforcing MME Group quality standards. The role also operates and troubleshoots injection-molding presses, molds, auxiliary equipment, and post-molding systems; performs press checks and mold preventive maintenance; and supports continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, at least three years of plastic-injection-molding manufacturing experience including one year in quality inspection, and at least two years of supervisory experience.
