Description
The Plastic Molder will work in injection molding production in Herscheid, independently setting up, adjusting, operating, and optimizing injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, and robots. The role includes starting machines, supporting series production, performing simple maintenance and cleaning, monitoring quality and measurements, and following occupational health and safety requirements. Applicants need completed vocational training as a Plastic Molder or Plastics Technician, technical understanding of machines and production processes, careful working methods, reliability, teamwork, and a confident approach to quality requirements. The position offers an hourly wage of up to €21.00 plus shift allowances, benefits, structured onboarding, and opportunities for permanent employment.
