Lavelle Industries is hiring a full-time Plastic Press Operator for its 3rd shift in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The role operates and monitors plastic injection molding machines, adjusts auxiliary equipment, changes resins, inspects and packages molded products, manages machine setup and shutdown, maintains equipment, records production and quality data, and follows safety and 5S/TPM procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, basic math and instruction-following ability, physical mobility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; previous machine operator experience is preferred. The Monday-through-Friday 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift pays $21.00.
