Nature Compound is hiring a Plastics Development Engineer to develop sustainable plastic products and packaging, manage customer projects through series production, optimize materials and compounds, support thermoforming, extrusion, and injection-molding trials, conduct technical tests, create CAD drawings, and improve manufacturing processes. The role requires a degree or comparable qualification in plastics engineering, materials science, or a related discipline, along with knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and thermoforming, extrusion, or injection molding; CAD skills, a structured and independent working style, and a hands-on mindset are also sought. The position offers an annual salary of €50,000 to €60,000, vacation, bike leasing, and flexible working hours.
