Description
Form Energy is hiring a Plastics NPI/Quality Engineer to own the end-to-end industrialization of thermoplastic components from design through high-volume production and sustaining support. The role bridges design engineering and global suppliers, leading manufacturing feasibility, tooling qualification, supplier process controls, APQP, PPAP, SCAR root-cause analysis, and process capability audits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in plastics, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering, at least five years of NPI, manufacturing, or quality engineering experience, and expertise in thermoplastic molding, injection molding, GD&T, SPC, 8D, and 3D CAD.
