The role leads new tooling projects, coordinates with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, production, supply chain, and engineering teams, oversees machine-shop tool making, troubleshoots production processes, supports continuous improvement, and maintains engineering documentation. The position requires a BS in Engineering, 3–5 years of plastic manufacturing experience, knowledge of plastic resins and processing, AutoCAD and CAD/CAM proficiency, technical-drawing interpretation, and strong communication skills.
