BARLOG Plastics GmbH is hiring a Plastics Processing Machine Operator (m/w/d) for extrusion and compounding at its Dattenfeld site in a two- or three-shift operation. The role involves independently operating extrusion systems and mixers, handling raw materials and finished goods, preparing plastic and additive mixtures, performing cleaning, setup, and maintenance, documenting work, and complying with safety and environmental regulations. Candidates need extrusion production or assembly experience, basic thermoplastic knowledge, shift availability, German language skills, and practical teamwork and organizational skills; metalworking and electrician training knowledge are helpful.
