The Plastics Processing Process Engineer will manage the injection-molding production cycle, control process parameters, monitor material and product quality, optimize manufacturing processes, select polymers and equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with design engineers on tooling and jigs. The role requires at least two years of injection-molding experience, knowledge of thermoplastic materials and processing methods, and familiarity with molds, mass production, and production control systems.
