PolyTALENT is hiring a Plastics Technologist / Process Mechanic / Setup Technician in Hamburg to independently manage the full process from raw material through quality control. The role involves preparing, setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimizing, sampling, maintaining, and servicing injection molding and handling equipment, including Arburg, Krauss Maffei, Wittmann, and Krauss Maffei machines. Candidates need completed vocational training or professional experience, practical experience with comparable injection molding equipment, knowledge of CNC-programmable handling equipment and robots, quality awareness, MS Office and PPS system knowledge, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule.
