The role is responsible for creating and processing customer orders, serving as the technical contact, defining tooling and component frameworks, preparing manufacturing and project documentation, monitoring schedules, costs, and margins, and coordinating with project coordination, design engineering, production planning, and manufacturing. Candidates need completed technical vocational training in plastics technology, further training as a master craftsman or technician, professional experience in toolmaking and injection molding production, CAD knowledge, ERP knowledge, and strong customer and supplier communication skills.
