Description
The Plate Designer creates, modifies, and prepares graphic artwork and layouts for printing and pre-press production, including labels, logos, apparel trim, packaging, and other branded products. The role involves developing original concepts, matching colors, reviewing samples, optimizing processes, and potentially leading functional teams or projects. It requires 1–3 years of graphic design experience, knowledge of manufacturing and pre-press processes, familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft software, English communication, and willingness to work shifts.
