Description
The Plate Freezer Lead supervises and directs the operation of multiple plate freezer tables and up to six to seven employees. Responsibilities include receiving work assignments, directing freezing and palletizing activities, training employees, setting daily assignments and production goals, maintaining housekeeping and GMP standards, evaluating product quality, troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues, reporting equipment and safety hazards, and meeting attendance and punctuality requirements. The role requires proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status, pre-employment screening, reading and writing abilities, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
