The Plate Maker prepares plates according to the daily schedule, reviews docket files, makes and marks plates, maintains Flex laser equipment, keeps the work area organized, monitors supplies, and may assist with rotary screen stripping and coating. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer and mathematical skills, the ability to lift 30–50 pounds and transport a 55-gallon barrel, and willingness to stand and lift for prolonged periods. The stated salary is $17.45–$18.45.
