Description
Westcore is hiring a Platform & Data Solutions Architect to design and own a shared data model, relational database, platform services, integrations, security, governance, and AI-enabled capabilities for its commercial real estate data. The role supports application development across departments, manages enterprise-system integrations including Yardi, and delivers custom AI and agentic solutions while evaluating build-versus-buy decisions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, production data-platform experience, full-stack development, AI/LLM capabilities, enterprise-integration experience, and familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem. Compensation is $130,000–$170,000 annually plus a 10% bonus eligibility, with competitive healthcare coverage, vacation, and 401K offerings.
