Land O’Lakes is hiring a Platform & Developer Experience Engineer to design, build, and operate an internal developer experience for enterprise software delivery. The role owns the GitHub Enterprise platform, self-service application and agent deployment, golden-path CI/CD templates, AI-assisted developer tooling, developer-productivity metrics, and platform reliability, while partnering with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and product teams. It is based at the corporate office in Arden Hills, Minnesota, with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of software development or DevSecOps experience.
