Spellbook is hiring a generalist Platform and Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain foundational platform systems across AWS, MongoDB, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, authentication, authorization, AI inference, worker queues, and API development. The role focuses on improving service reliability, developer productivity, and system performance while supporting Spellbook’s growing engineering team. Candidates must have cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, database, monitoring, security, Node.js/TypeScript, and developer-productivity experience; the role is limited to Ontario and offers flexible work, benefits, and stock options.
