ServiceNow is hiring a Platform Architect to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise platform strategy and governance. The role defines platform vision, standards, governance frameworks, integration and data-model strategies, and technical decisions; facilitates governance forums; mitigates scalability, performance, and technical-debt risks; and influences executives, customers, partners, and internal teams. The position requires at least five years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership, with ServiceNow CTA certification highly desirable and up to 50% annual travel.
