Description

Fullsteam is hiring a Platform Architect for Enterprise Technology to lead the architecture and evolution of its Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform and enterprise identity ecosystem. The role focuses on identity lifecycle automation, conditional access, AI governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools, acquisition onboarding, infrastructure automation, and security/compliance across enterprise systems. The position requires deep experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Azure, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and enterprise architecture leadership, and offers a salary range of $125,000 to $155,000 USD.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of combined education and professional experience in information technology or related discipline
Experience designing enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures
Experience with enterprise identity and access management including Microsoft Entra, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation
Experience developing cloud-native solutions using scripting, automation, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps practices
Experience designing secure enterprise platforms in regulated or security-conscious environments
Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives involving platform integration, acquisitions, or large-scale organizational change
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of NIST CSF and PCI DSS
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Leadership in technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
