Personetics is hiring a senior, highly technical Platform Backend Engineer to lead the design and evolution of core platform capabilities, improve architecture, infrastructure, reliability, observability, security, SaaS readiness, and software delivery processes, and mentor and align engineering teams. The role requires extensive Java backend and platform engineering experience, Kubernetes and cloud-native production expertise, SQL and relational database knowledge, Python experience, and practical use of AI-assisted development tools.
