Neolytix is hiring a Platform Configuration Analyst to own the rules layer of InCredibly, a configurable US healthcare platform for credentialing, payer enrollment, provider licensing, and revenue cycle operations. The role translates payer manuals, state regulations, and operational patterns into playbooks, checklists, validation rules, workflow variants, gate conditions, and defaults; maintains knowledge bases; tests and documents configuration changes; partners with engineering on schema and data-model issues; and measures automation impact. It requires 3–6 years of enterprise healthcare configuration experience, SQL and JSON literacy, strong documentation, and onsite availability during US business hours from Gurugram.
