Boulanger is hiring a Platform Coordinator to lead internal teams and external service providers, monitor operational KPIs such as NPS, fulfillment rates, order volume, and return rates, and translate performance insights into operational improvements. The role manages platform workflows, supplier relationships, incident escalation, reporting, process optimization, and team development, with experience in operations management, platform coordination, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce preferred.
