Description
Google is hiring a Platform Customer Engineer to partner with technical sales teams and serve as a customer’s primary technical advisor. The role involves developing technical account plans, presenting Google Cloud solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting proofs-of-concept and demos, architecting cross-pillar cloud solutions, driving technical wins, and supporting delivery, migration, and implementation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, six years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders, and fluent Japanese communication.
