Description
The Platform Database Engineer will design, deploy, administer, and optimize MongoDB Atlas and on-premise databases in a large-scale cloud-based enterprise ecosystem. The role combines database engineering with SRE practices, covering high availability, disaster recovery, performance optimization, infrastructure-as-code automation, observability, security, incident response, and technical mentoring. It requires at least four years of MongoDB DBA experience, including four years administering MongoDB Atlas, along with AWS, Terraform, GitOps, Kubernetes, Linux, Python, and Bash expertise.
