Description
Spok is hiring a full-time, direct-hire, remote USA Engineering Manager to lead engineering for the Care Connect Suite Platform and Voice Connect products. The role manages distributed software engineering and QA teams, partners with Product Management and the Platform Architect on architecture and delivery, provides technical direction for Kubernetes and IVR systems, leads Scrum/SAFe planning and release quality, and mentors engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years managing software engineering teams, and at least eight years in software development or development-testing with platform or infrastructure engineering experience. The salary range is $150,000 to $160,000.
