Description
The DevOps / Platform Lead will provide technical direction, architecture guidance, escalation ownership, and hands-on leadership for a DevOps and Platform Engineering practice supporting an enterprise data platform. The role owns CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, observability, reliability, automation, vendor coordination, and the health and roadmap of the platform practice while mentoring Platform and DevOps Engineers. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps including at least 2 years in a technical lead capacity, and strong Databricks, cloud, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
