Description

TrueML is hiring a Platform Enablement Engineer II to independently investigate complex platform and application issues, diagnose root causes, maintain operational queues, and provide Engineering with high-quality technical context. The role combines AWS troubleshooting, SQL and API investigation, observability analysis, cross-functional communication, documentation, and use of GenAI tools. It requires 2–5 years of relevant technical support, platform enablement, software engineering, DevOps, production support, or deep technical troubleshooting experience, and offers medical benefit contributions plus unlimited PTO.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2–5 years of relevant experience in technical support engineering, platform enablement, software engineering, DevOps, production support, or deep technical troubleshooting
Experience troubleshooting applications and services in AWS cloud environments
Experience investigating data with complex SQL queries
Experience using GenAI tools for technical investigation, scripting, documentation, or information discovery
Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing scripts or advanced queries to automate operational tasks
Experience investigating RBAC, permissions, authentication, or authorization failures
Experience supporting high-stakes client onboarding, production incidents, or critical business workflows
Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages
Strong SQL skills and application and database architecture knowledge
Experience creating technical runbooks, troubleshooting guides, or operational documentation
