Description
Volta is hiring a Platform Engineer to build and operate production platform capabilities for its Kubernetes-native AI infrastructure. The role involves designing operators and controllers, translating product and operational requirements into platform features, integrating security controls, improving observability, and owning services in production through on-call and incident response. The position requires 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience, strong backend or systems programming experience, deep Kubernetes knowledge, and experience with production APIs, distributed systems, Linux, networking, and CI/CD. Preferred expertise includes Go or Rust, confidential computing, security integration, distributed storage, observability, and GPU or HPC infrastructure.
