StackAI is hiring a Platform Engineer, APIs & Observability to own the public API and SDKs used by developers and customers, as well as the observability, analytics, audit logging, and team-scoped views for multi-step agent runs. The role involves setting API standards, designing RESTful APIs and SDK ergonomics, implementing distributed tracing and metrics, and turning usage signals into actionable data products. Candidates should have at least four years of backend and public API experience, strong OpenAPI and observability knowledge, and proficiency in Python with modern backend frameworks, while also being comfortable with TypeScript or Node.js.
