Description
Ashby is hiring a Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure supporting its talent acquisition software. The role owns end-to-end projects, debugs complex issues, and contributes to systems such as a DSL-to-SQL compiler, security guardrails, canary deployments, feature flags, SLO/SLI implementation, external-service reliability, event-driven architecture, and data warehousing. The engineer will work with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Sentry, and AWS, while operating in an async, remote-first culture with high ownership and minimal oversight.
