Codeway is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own and mature reliability, performance, and security across its growing consumer platform. The role runs and scales Kubernetes clusters on Google Cloud, improves monitoring and alerting, defines SLOs, participates in on-call incident response, and automates infrastructure through Terraform and CI/CD. It also covers security, capacity, backup, and disaster recovery. The position requires at least four years of relevant production systems experience, hands-on Kubernetes and cloud experience, Linux and networking knowledge, infrastructure-as-code and observability skills, scripting ability, and incident-response experience.
