Description
The ServiceNow Platform Engineer (Operations) will join the ServiceNow Platform Operations team and support the administration, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms and applications. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders, develops technical documentation and reports, supports releases and clones, monitors platform health, and trains junior team members. It requires a ServiceNow System Administrator certification, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and 3–4 years of enterprise ServiceNow experience, along with experience across workflows, integrations, data migration, scripting, and production support.
